Ingredients
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes
- 4 medium cans beans, (kidney or assorted)
- 1 pound ground beef, more if desired
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1-2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Method
Chop onions and green peppers, and saute in olive oil with garlic. Brown ground beef and add to onions and pepper. Add diced tomatoes and beans. Season to taste. Simmer for 2 hours. Serves 8.
