Pretzel Jello

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 2 ½ cups pretzels, chopped
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 9 ounces cool whip
  • 2 small packages raspberry jello
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 2 packages frozen mixed berries, 10 oz each, thawed and NOT drained

Method

1. Mix 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, pretzels and butter together and press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
2. Beat cream cheese, egg, 1 cup powdered sugar and cool whip together and spread over cooled pretzel crust. Chill until well set.
3. Mix jello, boiling water and mixed berries together and let sit until slightly thickened. When thickened, spoon berry mixture over chilled layer and chill again until well set.
