Ingredients

• 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 cup paremesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons butter, (or 2 egg whites)
• 4 boneless chicken breasts

Method

Dip chicken into melted butter or egg whites. Roll gently in crumb mixture. Bake in greased pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
