Ingredients
- 12 slices white bread
- butter
- 1 cup milk
- 12-14 eggs
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 6 slices deli ham
Method
Trim crusts off bread and butter one side. Spray pan and lay 6 slices of bread down on bottom. Chop or slice ham and layer on top of bread. Sprinkle half the cheese over. Add another layer of buttered bread. Add another layer of the cheese (no 2nd layer of ham). Mix eggs, milk, spices, and mustard. Pour over bread and cheese in pan (mixture shoul soak bread). Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
