Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 10 ounces half and half
- 1 cup Jameson's Irish Whiskey
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Method
Mix everything but whiskey in blender. Blend 2 batches to aviod spill over. Add whiskey and mix. Keeps several weeks in fridge. Serve in goblets over ice.
